By using UnoQR’s website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use UnoQR. If under 18, use requires permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

• You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• Any activity from your account is your responsibility.
• UnoQR may suspend accounts for suspicious, abusive, or policy-violating behavior.

4. Free vs Paid Plans

UnoQR offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features, may include UnoQR branding.
• Paid Plan: Unlocks additional features (e.g. custom QR labels, scan analytics, UnoPages, visitor data collection).

Billing Terms:

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
• Fees are non-refundable once charged unless otherwise stated.
• Downgrading from a paid to free plan may limit or remove access to features or data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use UnoQR for phishing, spam, scams, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or use misleading QR pages
• Interfere with the platform’s functionality
• Attempt to reverse engineer UnoQR’s services

UnoQR may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

6. User-Generated Content

You may upload, post, or link content (e.g., text, images, links, social media handles):

• You retain full ownership of your content.
• You grant UnoQR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it via QR codes or landing pages as part of our service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful, original, and appropriate.

UnoQR reserves the right to remove or block content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• The UnoQR brand, platform, and tools are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, clone, or commercially resell UnoQR’s technology without permission.

8. Payments & Billing

• You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Failed payments may result in account suspension.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your data and QR pages may be deleted permanently.

10. Disclaimer

UnoQR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for losses resulting from use, misuse, or unavailability of our platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

UnoQR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws.
